All reptiles will be super healthy, beautiful, feeding and whenever possible, properly sexed (where stated). We work very hard to establish solid feeding and growth patterns, and fantastic overall health throughout our breeders and their offspring. We keep our baby snakes in single setups, not large "group" setups, ensuring individual attention and health monitoring. Our "typical" specimens eclipse most other herper's "screamer" animals, you receive nothing but the best reptiles from Cotswold Reptile's. The quality of our herps is paramount!
UK deliveries are by our own transport, or by licenced carrier at cost price. We can give you a quote once we have your address.
Reptiles are guaranteed for 24 hours after shipment. Once an animal leaves our facility, we have no real control over the care (or lack thereof) that you offer. After 24 hours of the shipment arrival, we assume no further liabilities. We are available by phone or email for extensive support, and we always try and establish basic husbandry requirements BEFORE you receive your animal. Your success is our success, and customers get absolute priority in the problem solving area. We have over 25 years experience in the reptile business and are proud of our customer service record, and we will be there to answer your questions, whether it is prior to your purchase or years on.
There is a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee on all animals (shipping is non-refundable) but notification of dissatisfaction must occur within 24 hours after receipt of shipment. Let's address any problem immediately. Notify us at once, and we can take action, and get a solution underway. Notify us a week or two later, and there is little we can offer at that late stage. Still, we will always do our best.
All shipped orders must be prepaid using cleared funds, bankers drafts, credit cards or PayPal.
Collection's from our shop, Cotswold Reptile Centre, Unit 2, Lower Mill Street, Cheltenham, GL51 8JN. We offer no health guarantee for animals collected from our store as we have no control over their care.
We also attend various shows/expos throughout the UK and Europe. You can arrange collection at most of these events. Our terms are as above.
